Wood as cladding of Villa La Toca’s facade

We have finished our first collaboration with AMES architects in Marbella.

The rehabilitation of this villa located in the Urbanization El Herrojo, promoted by Palmeras Property, is practically finished. There are several wooden elements that give warmth to this architecture of simple lines, the difference with other villas in the area is that incorporates a wooden facade finished in wengue, WBP phenolic plywood boards finished with natural wood veneer.  Floor to ceiling doors are incoporated to this paneling.

Our technical department has developed all constructive details next to AMES architects, the ventilation systems in the camera, the protection of the boards with sealing products, the separation of the boards to the floor …

Architects and clients has chosen our Minimal Door System for the interior carpentry, doors from ceiling to floor without beadings, with only a difference, a superior piece between the perimeter cavities of the rooms. All the carpentry, doors, wardrobes, furniture have been made of wengue wood, using black fittings in contrast to the white of the rest of coatings.
