This guest pavilion is part of the expansion of a traditional Andalusian mansion in Sevilla´s Mountains. It is placed next to the pool of the main house as accommodation to family´s Friends and guests. It contains a living area with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom; all open to the landscape.
The villa has big windows open to the east and west, with large eavens. Its facade is covered with thermo-treated radiata pine slats, 45x27mm sections and 20mm separated, over poplar boards treated in autoclave.
Inside bamboo custom-made carpentry contrasts with white walls and ceilings, giving warmth to the space: floor-to-ceiling doors, bamboo solid flooring, bamboo ceilings… The terrace next to the bedroom has an Iroko exterior deck to complete an architecture Project taht belive in wood.
