We have finished the façade of Paseo Mallorca 15, we continue working together with the OHLAB architects in the custom carpentry of two new residential buildings in La Bonanova neighborhood, Palma de Mallorca. Doors, cabinets, floors and ceiling are made of natural oak.
The doors, with a stable interior structure are in heat-treated wood with acoustic insulation, are finished with phenolic oak plywood. Solid oak frames that embrace the partition showing its full thickness and 52mm thick floor-to-ceiling doors, placed in the middle of the jamb, are the hallmark of this new carpentry.
The cabinets, with fronts also from floor to ceiling made of oak wood, have interiors with a textile finish, with all the necessary equipment for a luxury home.

Soon we will also begin with the execution of the wooden facades of both buildings, a system of motorized folding lattices made of heat-treated Scots pine wood, which works as a second skin, adding great value to energy efficiency.
