2017 PROJECT OF ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND CUSTON MADE FURNITURE
The need for a new room and the disproportionate size of the entrance hall in front of the rest of habitable rooms makes us rethink a new layout of the house. The new day area turns to the quiet courtyard of San Laureano which opens a new light, while the two bedrooms are moved to the facade.
Living room and kitchen become a unique space, where large sliding doors finished in bamboo, transform the image of the same as they open or close, letting the kitchen or not.
The new bathroom, divided into two zones, is conceived as an element of passage to the small bedroom, where a washbasin carved in stone becomes a design element that can be incorporated into the new hall.
