… the object-tower becomes a means of distribution and visual reference in this renovated fragment of city, which we see as a limit between the city and the outskirts well-communicated with the city center.

The tower coordinates itself with its closest surroundings by way of the public space of a large covered plaza next to the sea, that emerges from the fold of the plane of the shopping mall’s terrace.

The extension of the building floors until their limits creates a two-dimensional building, a vertical geometric plane beached on the coast, and it resolves the simultaneity of the use of office buildings and homes, that in this form exhibit the minimum surface contact.
