This luxury resort, designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/archidomstudio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Archidom Studio<\/strong><\/a> as an architectural ensemble completely integrated into the landscape, is located on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol. Wood, a predominant material in the design, provides a warm, natural texture. It also contrasts with the other materials and enhances the curves that metaphorically recall the dunes of the site. For the choice of wood, the architectural studio relied on <a href=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/en\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Grupo GUBIA<\/strong><\/a>, while delegating to our technical department the<a href=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/en\/dismantling-the-myths-of-a-wooden-facade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> construction solutions<\/strong><\/a> for this material, which is complex when used outdoors.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_97824\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-97824\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97823 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Celos\u00eda de pino termotratado. After more than a year, updated images of the site show how the <a href=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/en\/certified-wood-sustainable-building\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PEFC-certified<\/strong><\/a> heat-treated pine used has proven to be an excellent choice for the site.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_97826\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-97826\" style=\"width: 960px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97825 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"Celos\u00eda de pino termotratado. Thanks to the heat treatment, the wood has effectively withstood humidity, temperature changes and xylophagous agents.<\/p>\n<p>Our commitment to the use of sustainable and quality wood is reflected in every detail of this work.
