It is an exclusive system, with fixed and sliding modules, designed and manufactured by GUBIA Group for the architecture studio OHLAB.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-93483\" src=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/detalles-fachada-paseo-de-mallorca.jpg\" alt=\"detalles-fachada-paseo-de-mallorca\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The building has been shortlisted as a finalist for <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbuildingsdirectory.com\/entries\/paseo-mallorca-15-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Architecture Festival 2022<\/a><\/strong> in the category Best Use of Certified Timber because of the employ of thermo-treated Scots pine, with PEFC certification.<\/p>\n<p>The design criteria of the project, NZEB \u201cZero Net Energy Building\u201d, was the motive because it was also shortlisted for <strong>Dezeen Awards 2022 \u00a0<\/strong>in the category of Sustainable Building.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-93491\" src=\"https:\/\/grupogubia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/paseo-de-mallorca-dezzen-awards-2022-.jpg\" alt=\"paseo-de-mallorca-dezzen-awards-2022\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The team of GUBIA is proud with the finished project adn the obtained results.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The residential building Paseo Mallorca 15\u00a0 receives two nominations to awards this year.
