This historic sport complex, inaugurated in 1959 and intimately linked to the construction of the city’s airport, has decided to modernize its facilities guided by the new board of directors.
The architect Javier Quiralte, has chosen a noble material such as bamboo in the new changing rooms and the access to them. Both areas will have doors flush with bamboo wall panelling, specifically the model GUBIA o2 flush floor door system ©.
The solid doors with heights of 2600 mm and 50 mm thickness, have a lightened fiber core and bamboo in the perimeter showing the particular edge of this material.
